lol I only wish I was one of the thieves benefiting financially from the work I do

What I neglected to mention was my salary during that year in which I wrote my exams. Believe me.. it was borderline slave labour so I don't feel too bad about bailing after I got my designation lol

I'll forgive you because you don't live in Canada let alone Ontario.

I live in a relatively small town (150,000ish thousand in the Greater City).. Fake boobs aren't exactly the norm here and from what I remember just about all the strippers had real boobs, although I haven't been there in a couple years

Every accountant I've ever met, started off their first job was a shitstorm. Mine Included. It was about 4-5 years ago for me, I started off making 12 bucks an hour and worked for this company for a year. This is a company that owned a couple of Subway Franchises and a Williams Coffee Pub that they purchased during my time there. This company could barely cover payroll every week, I was working out of an office in the back of one of the Subways. I knew I wouldn't be there forever, but probably my big boost in confidence in my abilities came when they were defrauded in the purchase of the Williams and I uncovered it. It led to bankruptcy and me eventually losing my job because of the bankruptcy...lol.

Quite an experience in hell.

Each job has progressively gotten better though as it should if you are any good at all and 12 dollars an hour is a joke now but was fair at the time.

My mom is finally finishing her CGA course (I made her quit school way back when, when I decided I wanted to be born ). Over the last 4 years or so, shes been working on this thing CGA thing.

I dont know, I dont know dick all about this stuff, but she has her own book keeping business, and makes a lot of money off it. She says once shes done with this last course, she could make even more money. Which is scary, because she makes a shitload to begin with.

If you can get clients it's a great way to go. As for making more money, tough sell. She will when CGAs are able to get errors and ommissions insurance for filing taxes which is coming down the pipeline as we speak.
