It seems weird because he's been CB4 for like 7 years. CP3 sounds less harsh than CB4 too.

It's the whole drama fest that was behind it, especially with Lebron James. The hate is well deserved for the way they all acted, and the lack of respect that Bosh has given the Raptors over the last several years with the way the season ended, same with Lebron and the Cavaliers and his whole "Decision" bullshit on TV.

I hope they get booed the fuck out of town wherever they go, especially the former teams of Lebron, Bosh and Wade, they deserve what they get and they better get booed so badly they cost the team games. They deserve nothing from the fans, but then again the Heat did what some teams in baseball have done and that is buy the best players available. I will die of laughter if they fail badly and don't win a championship this year.

Ya know, through it all while I think that Bosh deserves to win a championship, the way he went about this season and his whole attitude after leaving has been insulting to the Raptors and the fans who have supported him, cheered him on and paid his salary over the last several years. He is dead to the fans who once cared, he insulted everyone by making some seriously dick moves this year.

Chris Bosh is making really hard to like them now. He's being a dick. At least LBJ shut the fuck up after "The Decision."

LeBron can't win it alone? Neither could MJ, Bird or Magic
Posted Jul 27 2010 9:42AM

It seems curious how the Miami Heat in general, and LeBron James in particular, are coming under attack from some notable Hall of Famers for forming a superteam when those same Hall of Famers enhanced their careers in pretty much the same manner.

Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Michael Jordan, to varying degrees, came down hard on the concept, as though the sanctity of the game was threatened somehow by the uniting of LeBron, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. We'll get to the silly reason why these players decided to become teammates -- um, to win championships? -- a bit later. But first, let's examine those who are taking offense to it.

Magic? Didn't he have Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, James Worthy, Byron Scott and Michael Cooper for much of his career?
Bird? Wasn't he part of the storied Celtics' front line with Kevin McHale and Robert Parish, while also enjoying the company of Reggie Lewis, Tiny Archibald and Dennis Johnson for stretches?
Jordan? Did he tell the Bulls "no thanks" when the idea of bringing in Dennis Rodman to join him and Scottie Pippen was raised? A team that went on an epic 72-win run during their first season together? Were those three championships they won as a trio somehow tainted because, well, it just wasn't right to have that much talent in the same uniform?
Umm, what?

The Lakers built their team by drafting Magic, drafting Worthy, and trading their whole team for Kareem.
The Heat built their team by collusion and max contracts.

Leave it to the NBA to protect their loverboy at all costs.

Funny thing is, trying to put Lebron in the same class as Jordan, Bird, Magic, and Kareem is enough on its own to make me laugh at this article.

What I don't understand is all the hate directed at Wade. Seriously, what the shit did he do? He re-signed with his team and went to two of his friends who happened to be the best players available and said "Hey guys, come play with me". That's a bad thing? I applaud Wade for what he did. He just made his team a shitload better and there's no way it would have happened if they weren't all on the same page.

He did nothing wrong. In fact, outside of Cleveland and Toronto, neither did James or Bosh.

There was no illegal collusion, there was no breaking the rules. Did LBJ announce in a stupid way? Yes. Did Bosh treat Toronto like shit? Yes. Other than that they didn't do shit all wrong. Unfortunately for those that don't want LBJ to be in the MJ class, he will be. He's going to win Championships and he's got the skills. He's the best ball player in the league and the two-time MVP. No one has ever won alone in basketball, not MJ, not Kobe, not Bird, no one.

I hate "The Decision" and I hate Chris Bosh for actually quitting on Toronto and throwing T-Dot under the bus, but they just did what they were allowed to do, sign where they pleased os free agents.

They still might not win like mad when it comes to rings though. LBJ on Chicago would be a better team than the one he's on now. The Lakers are probably still a better team too. Just going to be tough to contain three guys like this, especially when you don't have the match ups.

Laker fans are hating on Lebron for his move, but that's not a surprise.

1 - There's been a lot of reports saying they planned this out during the 2006 Allstar weekend when each of them signed their extentions. Whether they are true or not i don't know, but there was definitely collusion at one time or another, and there's no such thing as legal collusion in pro sports.

2 - Like I said above:

Lakers/Bulls/Celtics - drafting and trading
Heat - collusion and max contracts

While that does seem fair, only in the NBA with the lux. tax and the soft cap and all the other shit that makes their salary cap the most complex concept in the world, would this be allowed.

Lebron can win as many rings as he wants, the bottom line is he will NEVER be put in the same sentence as MJ specifically for what he did this summer. He took the shortcut to his legacy by joining forces instead of beating them and keeping the competition alive, where as MJ/Magic/Bird/Kobe didn't. The fact that Cleveland was a contending team and Lebron left them for no good reason really says a lot about his class, he treated that city like shit and all the critics will remember that.
