I'm really into whiskey, but I think I'll pass on tasting Gilpin Family Whisky. Why? Because this single malt whiskey is made from urine. Specifically, it's made from the sugar rich urine of elderly diabetics. Why elderly diabetics? Because "large amounts of sugar are excreted on a daily basis by type-two diabetic patients, especially amongst the upper end of our aging population." That sugar is removed by purifying the urine and then added to the mash stock to accelerate the fermentation process. So yeah, it's filtered and fermented and all that good stuff but dude, it's still piss.
You can't actually buy Gilpin Family Whisky because it's given away as a public health statement. Urine as a display piece, I suppose. Gilpin Family Whisky only takes a couple of weeks to make a batch but Gilpin himself think it's "best if it is left in the bottle for a little while." I wonder why. I know that my ancestors have lived in the same small town in Northern Finland from the 16th century, maybe longer. There's not much writings from that area before that time so it's hard to search further than that. They were originally sámi people, the aboriginals/indigenous people of Europe. So I have been watching old Chicago games and watching Versteeg in particular to learn more about his game and here is what I have come up with...tell me if you agree/disagree.

In his own end, he is good carrying the puck out and finding an open guy. Doesnt seem to go into the corners too much.

In the neutral zone, Versteeg is not too good with his positioning when he doesnt have the puck. He often spends most of his shift floating around.

In the offensive zone, that's where it gets good. He is really good at disappearing and then suddenly appearing at the front of the net to grab rebounds. He is really good about standing at the front of the net and is very creative with his passes to open guys in the slot.
Also really good in his play behind the net, and seems to be able to find guys ready for 1-timers.

Kinda disturbing also that we pay Kulemin 2.4, when he had the exact amount of points as Setoguchi, yet Setoguchi had 2 more goals where Kulemin had 2 more assists, and Setoguchi only played 71 games, and Kulemin played 78. Not to mention that Setoguchi also had a fair offseason with 9 pts in 15 games.
I also imagine Kulemin played more minutes than Setoguchi, who played with a more rounded and better(obviously) offensive group. That should be taken into account too, but by $700,000?
